The Division of Parole and Probation will ensure the safety of its employees and enhance public safety by holding supervisees accountable to victims and the community and by helping supervisees through the process of becoming law-abiding and productive. Parole and probation agents and drinking driver monitors can help victims navigate the complex post-conviction phase of the criminal justice system. DPP agents and monitors can:
To determine the agent or monitor assigned to a case, please call 877-227-8031. You may also call the DPP office in the county where you live and ask them to look up who supervises or monitors the offender. A listing of DPP offices can be obtained by clicking here. Please have the offender's name and approximate date of birth available so the offender can be accurately identified. The Office of Victim Services The Office of Victim Services was established in 1998 to provide specialized services to victims of crime whose offenders were under the supervision of the Division of Parole and Probation. In addition, court-ordered restitution is collected from offenders and forwarded to the victims. Annually, the Division collects and disburses nearly $6 million in restitution. Special efforts are made to keep current addresses for victims' owed restitution. Victims should call the agent of record or the Office of Victim Services to provide new address information.
