For All Seasons Health Department Provides individual, couple and family counseling. Talbot Hospice Foundation, Inc. Physician referral. Provides bereavement counseling and loans items for injured or ill people such as hospital beds, walkers, etc. to residents of Talbot County. Child Loss Support Group 410-822-6681 Department of Juvenile Justice Provides case status information and monitors collection and disbursement of restitution in juvenile cases. Legal Aid Bureau, Inc. Serves: Queen Anne, Talbot, Kent and Caroline Counties.
