Regulatory Actions

Purpose

Under State Government Article, §10-112.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (Department) is required to post on the Department’s public website Department proposed regulatory action that has been published in the Maryland Register or an emergency action that was sent to the Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive and Legislative Review (AELR). The following Department proposed regulatory actions have been published in the Maryland Register or sent to AELR for emergency action according to requirements under State Government Article, §10-112, Annotated Code of Maryland.
