Last seen: The offender left Threshold the morning of Thursday, December 20 to work on a job search. He was scheduled to return by 12 p.m. When he did not return by 1:15 p.m. and could not be located, he was declared a walkoff.
Threshold is a privately-operated DPSCS-contracted facility. It houses up to 32 nonviolent, male offenders either serving less than 3 years, or within 6 months of release. Threshold is considered a work-release center, with all residents expected to either have a job or be looking for a job.
