DPSCS Central Home Detention Unit Walkoff Offender Returned to Custody
9/4/12 UPDATE: This inmate was returned to the custody of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services on September 3, 2012 after turning himself in to the Central Home Detention Unit.
Alan Reed, serving home detention in the 8500 block of Hydra Lane in Baltimore, left his assigned residence without permission from the Central Home Detention Unit on Tuesday, August 28, 2012. After attempting to locate the offender he was deemed a walkoff at 9:45pm.
