DPSCS Central Home Detention Unit Walkoff Returned
9/6/12 UPDATE: This inmate was returned to the custody of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services on September 5, 2012 after being arrested by the Baltimore County Police.
Katie Locklear, serving home detention in the 2600 block of Orleans Street in Baltimore, left her assigned residence without permission from the Central Home Detention Unit on Friday August 17, 2012. After attempting to locate the offender she was deemed a walkoff at 1am.
