This offender was erroneously released from the Southern District courthouse on 8/7/12. The error was discovered Tuesday evening and reported to Baltimore City Police.
The offender was charged with burglary, theft, and forgery.

The Internal Investigative Unit of the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is assisting law enforcement with this case and is conducting an investigation into the circumstances of the erroneous release.
