DPSCS Work Crew Walkoff Notification
Last seen: The inmate was last seen in the area of Patterson Park in Baltimore City at about 1 p.m. He was wearing a gray Baltimore City Correctional Center jumpsuit. While working with an inmate work crew in that area, Viars jumped over a fence and ran across the park. The correctional officer supervising the work detail immediately contacted law enforcement (Baltimore City Police).
