UPDATE: Detainee Escape Notification

Last seen: Figueroa, a Baltimore City detainee, escaped from the Central Booking and Intake Center through a sally port while working on an institutional sanitation detail. An officer attempted to stop Figueroa, who then scaled a fence in an employee parking lot. At this time Figueroa has not yet been returned to custody; the Baltimore City Police are leading the search.
