Last seen: At a Division of Correction halfway house facility in Baltimore. Inmate Paige Townes left Dismas House West around 10 a.m. this morning to travel to the Inner Harbor to fill out job applications. Inmate Townes was to have returned to the facility by 1:15 p.m. Townes called the facility, stating that he was having difficulty catching public transportation and would be about 15 minutes late. Staff extended the period Townes was allowed to be outside the facility to 1:45 p.m. He has still not returned.
