  • Local Municipalities
  • State Contractors
  • Federal Government
  • Non-Profit Organizations
The sale of products and services produced by Maryland Correctional Enterprises is limited to State institutions or agencies, political subdivisions of Maryland, not-for-profit organizations, and as permitted under the Private Sector/Prison Industry Enhancement (PIE) Certification Program of the U.S. Bureau of Justice Assistance.

We can also sell to other governmental units out-of-state but, unfortunately, we cannot sell to out-of-state non-profit organizations.

Maryland Correctional Enterprises is pleased to announce that we currently have procedures in place to accept payments by Visa and Master Card for all of our products and services. Although we have established credit card order processing we still encourage our customers to utilize the FMIS procedure.
