When placing an order for large furniture items it is the customer’s responsibility to:

Verify delivery accessibility, i.e. loading docks, etc.
Verify accessibility of all doors and walkways to the delivery location
Verify the ability to fit items in elevators for access to the delivery location
Verify the fit of the furniture for the space that the product is being utilized
