PROCUREMENT FROM MCE COUNTS TOWARDS YOUR MBE GOAL!
State Procurement Law states the following:
In calculating compliance with the certified Minority Business Enterprise goals under COMAR 21.11.03 and for reporting purposes under COMAR 21.11.03.17, a procurement agency may exclude from its total annual procurements the annual dollar value of its contracts with Maryland Correctional Enterprises.
