Administrator I Customer Service Manager
SALARY: Grade 16, Special Appointment $41,074 - $65,568
WORK LOCATION: MCE Headquarters, Jessup, MD
CLOSING DATE: August 15, 2008
POSITION DUTIES: Manage MCE Customer Service Department that includes our four major product offerings (Furniture, Graphics, Textiles, Meat). The department consists of eight Customer Service Coordinators who are responsible for order entry of approximately twelve thousand purchase orders and thirteen thousand customer service inquiries yearly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduation from standard High School or Possession of a State High School Equivalence Certificate
Experience: Three years Customer Service or related experience with one year
Supervisory in nature.
