The Professional Development and Training Division provide support to individual managers in assessing organizational effectiveness and planning and conducting interventions to address identified needs. The following services are available:

Assessment

• Conduct focus groups, interviews or surveys to determine organizational needs
• Prepare data analysis
• Provide a report detailing the results of the assessment and recommendations

Facilitation

• Assist in the design of a meeting or retreat
• Provide facilitation for meetings or retreats

Customized Training

• Conduct a training needs assessment
• Identify a training program to meet the identified needs
• Design a customized training program
• Conduct instructor training to prepare internal trainers to deliver a training program
