  • $38,258 starting salary for officers
  • 20 year service retirement for officers (up to 5 years of military service may apply), 30 years for all State Employees
  • 10-25 days of vacation per year based on length of service
  • 15 sick days, unused days may be applied toward retirement
  • 11 holidays per year
  • 6 personal days per year
  • 15 military leave days per year
  • Shift differential pay possible
